OUR MISSION
Activating reformation through the revelation of the word of God, based on the teachings from WOWLife Church.
We do this by facilitating the emerging WOWLife culture and community across the world by providing a connective platform, to learn from each other and grow, with guidance from WOWLife Coaches (WLC) and the overseeing Connection Coaches (CC).

Atmosphere
Having an atmosphere of high joy during every meeting.

Honor
Treat everyone as valuable and regard who they are and what they say as important and worthy of being heard.

Grace
Remember everyone is a work in progress and is at different rates and stages of transformation. Allow the Spirit to do the transformational work in everyone.

Conscience
There is no “right or wrong.” Be aware of moments and be aware of times when you can ask conscience opening questions. Also, in situations where there is disagreement remember it’s not about convincing or persuading but leaving them to their conscience.

Prayer
Praying for members and coaches is important. Hold your group in your heart and speak life over them often and anything else as led by Holy Spirit.

Communication
Allow for a flow of communication between members as you do this revelation can increase and the bond between members will strengthen. Also, continue to communicate with your members outside the meetings to build and strengthen community.

Uplift
Always look for ways you can encourage your members in their gifts and talents and create platforms for them to display and grow in these areas.

Mentor
Coaches are there to raise the members up and empower them to share the word of life to others through their own unique expression.

Share
Always encourage your members to share how the word is affecting their lives. Encourage them to share their ups, their downs both great and small.

Transparency
Groups are a “no fig leaf zone” where all members should feel comfortable to be who they are in a safe, no condemning environment. Transparency is a “super power” that will create amazing cohesiveness in the groups and transformation power will flow freely.
